Notes on Law Enforcement Statistics

Readers at this site are perhaps the only people in the U.S. who actually know, that a Purge occurred in Baltimore City and Baltimore County in April/May 2016. This fact has been completely and utterly obscured by the media, politicians and law enforcement agencies.
There has since been another ominous trend.
Traditionally, only about 1 in every 4 cases of aggression against a stranger has come to the attention of law Enforcement. [This based on my May 1996-June 2000 study of 1675 acts of violence.] This figure has traditionally been anywhere between 10-1 and 40-1 in regard to non-lethal, black-on-black violence.
Since the explosion of black-on-white crime and the concurrent media denial, there has been a surge of unreported interracial crimes as well as the reclassification of crimes reported to the police. Indeed, the racial identity of a criminal is now generally deemed unworthy of reporting by the media.
Home invasions are now reported as burglaries.
An armed robbery or abduction is now an assault.
An attempted home invasion is now reported as destruction of property.
In the past I have used FBI crime statistics for context. However, I suspect that 2014 was the last year that FBI numbers on anything other than homicides will bear anymore than a fractional reflection on reality.
