Historically female murderers have favored poison. Usually husbands, lovers and family members are the victims. Among the most prolific female poisoners known were the “Angel Makers of Nagyrév”. A group of women in a Hungarian village who murdered anywhere from 45 to 300 people with poison from 1914 to 1929. The victims were mostly their husbands and family members. The women were supplied arsenic and encouraged to use it for the purpose by a midwife or "wise woman" named Mrs. Susanna Fazekas, wife of Julius Fazekas, née Susi Oláh (Fazekas Gyuláné Oláh Zsuzsanna).

Missouri mom Diane Staudte had four children. But Rachel, her second youngest, seemed to be her favorite.
The two frequently traded shout-outs on Facebook and shared a mutual love of music. Diane had played the organ at Redeemer Lutheran Church in their hometown of Springfield, Missouri, for 30 years. Rachel, who played the flute, often performed with her.

The problem is that being female they shall receive leniency. Poison is about as 'premeditated' as it gets.
The superiority of the East in dealing with female transgression
