From the “you can’t make this stuff up” department…
Lesson learned: Don’t pass out in an Uber car. The driver could resist anything but temptation. He probably could have gotten away with it if it wasn’t for those pesky surveillance cameras they have everywhere these days. The video footage would seem to indicate that the woman was in no condition to give consent for anything at all. I guess in this case “Uber” is short for “überfall” (attack or assault). No charge for that though…on the house. I guess it could have been worse…her “friend” could have left her at the bus stop.
