Sean is such a great guy that this crusty old heathen does not hold against him his worship of the Hanged Hebrew God. Basically, he's the dude you wish your daughter brought home for Thanksgiving, but he's taken, so we'll have to find our stalwart son-in-laws elsewhere. Sean has been training with us since 2015 and has adopted Modern Agonistics as the format for training his fighters out of a small Pennsylvania Gym. He is looking for training partners and is concerned with self-defense as well as prize-fighting. So if you are in the Maryland-Pennsylvania-Delaware area and would like to train with him, contact me through the site and I'll put you in touch. He is currently the personal trainer of King Nero of the Picts and another, more cryptic, reader of the site.
UFC 205 Free Fight: Conor McGregor vs Nate Diaz 2
They just posted this fight and after watching it for the second time I was interested in your analysis. Crack open a beer or two because this one goes all 25 minutes with a hellacious come back from McGregor in round 4.
Sean, the first round and a minute into the second was all I had to see to answer your questions. I could train Diaz to beat the Masculine Mick, just by working the U-hustle with him. I will answer the questions below and finish watching the fight when I’m free to drink.
1. What drives the power behind McGregor’s left hand? It doesn't seem overly fast but it has felled many a foe.
A: Martial artists do not understand punching power because they all rely on the 'mass times velocity squared' equation, which is false though most of its execution. You want a slow starting punch like Conner, that speeds up at the last instant. Thus, the faster a punch looks the weaker it is. You learn this on that shovel hook Craig and I were showing you. Look how slow Craig’s hands are and how hard he hits.
2. What is the issue with McGregor’s conditioning? I've seen plenty of videos of the training and diet this guy goes through and this fight was at 170 which is 2 classes above where he is champion.
A: Muscle costs and he’s muscled up. You cannot replace the glycogen during a fight. His reliance on dynamic movement as opposed to Diaz’s lazy low energy movement accounts for the difference.
3. Diaz and the unbreakable chin. Just born with it or can he train himself to take shot like he does?
A: It might be all of the dope he smokes—seriously. The key to a good chin is largely relaxation, which is why so many big-necked freaks like Gollata get starched early, as against Lewis. This Diaz kid could sleep through an earthquake.
4. Why is Diaz so open to leg shots?
A: Diaz is a lead hand power hitter and keeps his weight loaded there. His kicking sucks and are not the answer. He would have to learn the U-hustle, which operates out of a slight rear-leg crouch and uses the rear leg to pull the lead leg around and also coils him well to put more weight behind that nasty corkscrew jab. The U—hustle alone would win him his next fight against Conner, but then the evil little prick would work out a solution and win the rematch.

He is also steward of Nero's sacred water bottle!!!
The Grand Paladin Sean is one of the best in the entire kingdom. Primarily because he has the patience to deal with my short bus level of skill.
James, what do you make of the claim the blacks are deliberately helped through affirmative action in American Football, Boxing and maybe eventually UFC, and without it would not get into these sports much?
Are they also physically inferior in certain respects as well as being mentally!?
Thanks for the question, Madisox
I will answer it via article shortly.
I know this is irrelevant to the discussion,
but Conor looks more ike a Conan.
Do you want to let him know, James, or should I?
He is Irish and, Howard was definitely patterning Conan as a fanciful Irish ancestor.
Here here! I appreciate the compliments coach but I deflect most of that to the teachings of my hanged Hebrew Lord.
And I have officially given myself the title of King Neros treasure guardian for the loot I have acquired.
