Jeremy -

My hat's off to you for finding and sending all this upside down shit in to the blog that's going on these days. Do you feel as humored, bewildered, confused, angry and asking yourself, "What the fuck is wrong with people" as often as I do? I've been around awhile and lived through angry bullets coming at me on several continents. Hell home i.e., America should make those of us who've been in shitty places feel safe. No longer. Crack whores dump boiling water on boyfriends just to get attention. What ever happened to just passing on VD? Wow what a world. I'll go back to listening to my Christmas music now with my 44 Smith an Wesson by my side. God bless and keep us all safe! Roasted chestnuts anyone. James I have fresh venison!!

Da Nang,

Glad to hear you enjoy the posts. Yeah, just when you think nothing can surprise you anymore, crazy stuff like this makes the news and makes you wonder what we're headed for, eh? Well it's useful to be aware that people like this walk among us. To be fore-warned is to be fore-armed. And yes, America IS a dangerous place. I felt safer in Bosnia and Iraq than I did in any American big city. Everywhere I went in Bosnia and Iraq I was armed and armored and surrounded by strong men with automatic weapons. In big city USA I was unarmed and on my own. The rules of engagement were much more restrictive too.
