The Republican candidate for office always has to be able to beat the "margin of fraud" in order to win election. Democrats oppose efforts to eliminate vote fraud because they employ it to their benefit. In my area the media reported that the new state voter ID law "depressed voter turnout” particularly in the inner city. No kidding!
