Baltimore police name suspect in fatal stabbing of 73-year-old man latest 'Public Enemy No. 1'
A story of revolving door justice. “Davis said Straham has a tattoo of his initials, CS, under his right eye and a tattoo of a heart under his left eye.” James, what is the meaning of a heart tattoo under the eye? Does it have the same significance as the tear drop underneath the eye? Do hoodrats tend to wear their criminal resume tattooed on their bodies?

Thanks for this follow up to Cock Of The Walk, Jeremy. So much for my theory about the victim being a stay-behind homeowner. It seems he was homeless. The tear drop under the eye is supposed to mean that you killed someone and feel remorse. The heart is supposed to mean that you love killing people, but might also mean that someone he loved was killed, However, the momento to a slain loved one tattoo usually goes on the neck.
