White People Rediscover Corporal Punishment?
Indiana Mom Arrested For Beating Sons Who Opened Christmas Gifts Early

The woman probably picked this up from living in close proximity to black people. It’s just like with the N-word, when you hear blacks saying or doing something so frequently, a naïve white person might get the impression that they can do it too…but YOU CAN”T WHITEY!
If you live among middle-class white folks, on the other hand,  you catch hell just for telling your kids "big boys don’t cry”. Keep in mind that among white people NOT having any children automatically makes one an expert on child-rearing and an advocate for child welfare. So they WILL supervise the behavior of parents.
Furthermore, I never heard of black kids reporting their parents to the police…for anything. Blacks don’t police the behavior of people in their own community and nobody else is allowed to do so either.
“Collins has been charged with two counts of battery for allegedly slamming the boys into walls and whipping them with a belt. She allegedly admitted “there is no excuse for it.” Her teenage daughter turned her in after coming home to find her brothers crying on Sunday, ant noticing marks on their bodies. Hancock County Prosecutor Brent Eaton praised Collins’ daughter for coming forward.”
Maybe having her teenage daughter report her to the cops for being dangerously out of control will inspire this mom to seek treatment for her alcoholism and oxycodone addiction….Hmmm… probably not.

Jeremy, this is one hard looking wench. You do make an excellent point about whites being handled differently by everyone:
1. Black children do not report the most savage parental brutality—at all. It is unheard of. Perhaps this is the ultimate source of the no snitching credo.
2. Adults witnessing black women brutalizing their children in public—myself included—do not call the police. In my case it is because I don't care. I also have declined to report whites doing this as I do not care about other people's kids unilaterally. However, no one seems to care about black children.
3. Parental abuse against black children is almost totally ignored by the media. Only Tommy Sotomayor seems to care about this. Sure, a mom killing her three kids will get reported. However, the case will not be picked up nationally and there are never news stories about this widespread fact of life for black children.
4. Interestingly, where the white daughter burned her mother over beating her younger siblings, older black children are routinely trained to beat their children by their mother, who assigns her a disciplinary role. This same older sister is also in charge of protecting the younger siblings from outsiders and of avenging attacks by outsiders, which indicates that the child in African American families is firmly considered that family's property. This contrasts sharply with the reality in the white "community" where childless busy bodies and the government seem to regard the white child as the collective dependent of the greater society.
Fascinating. Jeremy, I believe that by the time I am done with my seven white slavery books I will have firmly demonstrated that the beating and raping of children which has previously plagued the American white working class and currently plagues African Americans of all classes in America, may be clearly traced to English judicial, plantation and parental discipline of the early modern era.
