Sitting on a stack of books built by readers over these last few years, I would also like to thank you for the inscribed issue of Treasure Island for my grandson.
I think rereading Black Nazis while reading Goad's Redneck book on the bus should set me even further apart...
Thanks again.

PS: Below are links to a number of movie adaptations and one very good documentary. I really liked Charlton Heston and Christian Bale in the made for cable version of Treasure Island in the 1980s.
The Ultimate Boy’s Story
This last one is very authentic I terms of pirates, because there were black and gay pirates a plenty and Sutherland plays a real bastard. .
I loved to read as a kid, still do, and Treasure Island was one of my favorites.
Thinking of kids tales. Ever heard of the Jack Tales? Also loved those. Jack and the Beanstalk was just one of them.
