When looking at guest author posts, keep in mind that Jeremy sends me so much stuff I decided not to check the guest author button to save time, figuring he must be regarded as "staff" at the rate he pumps out articles. Jeremy's Radio Free Dindustan articles number: 358, so we are at just over 900 guest articles out of 6,000+.

I am stunned.

The only thing we have done to promote this site was Charles sending out links to our Baltimore travel map, which has gotten 7030 views and has been booted off of Redit.

I am sorry, Bart has also promoted the site by finding us three hundred readers who hate me and 92 who think I'm cool.

I still haven't given the link to most of my relatives. My lady friend won't let her family and friends know what my last name is for fear they would go to the site and disown her or call for my lynching.

I thought, based on the reads on the top articles [mostly boxing articles], that we'd top out at 10,000 unique visitors, which is the only number I really care about. I was actually hoping to stay under 10,000 readers, as Charles has told me that our best protection against SJW censorship and government action or service provider censorship, is the fact that our reader footprint is so small that we virtually do not register on The Register of Unforgivable Assholes.

This site was conceived of as an online workbook for my unlikely literary development, where volunteer editors, proof readers and critics could visit for free, without the need for me to mail out manuscripts and as a place for me to publish training and survival advice for Charles and other knuckleheads.

I am inclined to think that the writing of Ron West, Lynn, Ishmael, Mescaline Franklin, Jeremy Bentham, Lili Hun, William Rapier, Andrew Ryan, Eirik Bloodaxe and his spawn Ivar, have brought much of the recent traffic increase.

But, well, this is freaking me out now. The people on this planet who can kick my ass and my readership are both expanding by leaps and bounds and that brings a teetering luddite pause.

BTW: There has been zero increase in site donations with the doubling of our traffic, with the site doing well enough to pay for itself and replace our fencing masks and buy the odd used book for my research, thanks to the same handful of donors who have been kindly supportive of us since we were in the 6,000 visitor range.
