Panhandling appears to be increasing in Baltimore - Panhandlers ask people to not judge them, their hardships

“Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye. Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces.”
- Matthew 7:1-6 (NIV)
"If any of you has a dispute with another, do you dare to take it before the ungodly for judgment instead of before the Lord’s people? Or do you not know that the Lord’s people will judge the world? And if you are to judge the world, are you not competent to judge trivial cases? Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more the things of this life!”
- 1 Corinthians 6:1-3 (NIV)
James, have you noticed an increase in panhandling during your travels through the environs of Harm City?
Before you answer now James, remember that the panhandlers don’t want to be judged.
-Jeremy
Jeremy, my inner child weeps for panhandlers, and my higher mind cringes at the thought that you would suggest that I'm callous towards the plight of the penniless, the homeless, the disenfranchised, the meek...
Fortunately, the remaining 98% of my soul regards these filthy flees clinging to the ball-sack of this fecund city, hanging beneath the waste declevity of the putrid Peoples Republic of Maryland, as the enemies of Mankind, who should be freeze dried and stacked like cordwood to fuel the bonfire upon which the banker class shall be hurled...
Wait, I wrote that?
Jeremy, please keep your hands off the Khan's lamp when I'm sober. These rantings in my underdeveloped frontal lobe tend to set me back as I study for my doctoral thesis on Beating the Shit Out of Faggots and Other Twerpkind.
But back to the humor: panhandling out of doors is on the increase because our winter in Baltimore has averaged around 50 degrees this year and the lazy ϲunts don't have to get cold to beg for their beer money. The one panhandler I respect is the dirty dude with the ski-cap at Meritt and North Point holding the even dirtier cardboard sign which reads, "Why Lie: I Just Want a Cold Beer!"
Where panhandling has increased is on storefronts, and on other private properties. These are non-combatant panhandlers, such as cast-off women, children, one-legged runts and other "meek" who have been driven from profitable sights by raging drunks, like the asshole with the ski-cap. So, visible, on street corners, we have the same number of panhandlers, who have successfully pushed off the non-combatant beggars who rely on sympathy from passing male motorists during cold weather.
Yes, Jeremy, there are more panhandlers out there, but not the kind this article simpers about. Male combatant/beggars who play proud-wimp for alpha males and reporters are driving off the truly pathetic into legally more risky venues.

WBAL | BALTIMORE —
The theory is that while the economy has been improving, it generally hasn't benefited those with the lowest incomes, and there are just not enough emergency resources to help.
Enter panhandling, which advocates for the homeless said makes us all feel uncomfortable, and they add that it should. Perhaps people have noticed an apparent increase in the number of people begging in public.
There are certain roadways where people will see them, standing in busy intersections, pacing in median strips, asking people with their cardboard signs and their eyes for help.

“The poor you will always have with you, and you can help them any time you want. But you will not always have me.” – Mark 14:7 (NIV)

LOL! Well thanks once again for the insight James. Yes, this is just more fake news, isn’t it? The homeless disappeared from the media eye during the previous eight years of the “benevolent” Obama Administration, only to reappear now that there is a Republican administration in power. The meme being that American society must be doubly cruel, evil and racist with God-Emperor Trump in command, as evidenced by all the homeless the media recently discovered panhandling out on the streets. Surprise!

The only change in Baltimore is that homeless bruisers are bullying homeless wimps, in light of the regions hands off policing policies.

The media should be airlifted to Iraq/Syria, wearing Isis Sucks T-shirts.

Steve Sailed has pointed out that reporting on the homeless is on the rise across the country due to a Republican president.
James     Feb 23, 2017

Yes. I remember when Reagan was president and there was a homeless story every day.

Too bad no one's ever come up with a solution to the problem:
