I guarantee you every police trainee who was ever shown the dashcam video of the murder of Deputy Kyle Dinkheller in 1998 by a crazy-acting, non-compliant traffic-stop suspect who danced around on the highway and then reached into his vehicle and came out with a gun, made a resolution to themselves to not be that guy.
Apparently the law enforcement community has learned something about how to push back against SJW efforts at “trial by media” as well.
“An Oklahoma judge is upset that Tulsa police officer Betty Shelby was smart enough to use the same media that is attempting to crucify her in a politically-motivated show trial to get her side of the story out in front of the public.”

Why Cops Don’t Let Suspects Return To Their Vehicles: The Murder of Kyle Dinkheller
Police Shootout - Deputy Kyle Dinkheller - Laurens County, GA 1998
Why You Don’t Shoot From “The Back Of The Bus”
Doah! Gruesome video. It’s an example of why the military gets kind of anal about tactics and drills, especially in close quarter battle (CQB) situations. It is shocking how easy it is to get accidently shot by your own side. The problem of friendly fire especially was a revelation when the U.S. Army started using weapons fire simulator technologies like MILES (Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement Simulator) and Simunitions for force on force training exercises. Because of this simulator training, friendly fire incidents occur much less frequently today that they did in past conflicts. They might seem worse by comparison simply because our current enemies are able to inflict much fewer casualties on our forces overall than past adversaries. Plus in the past friendly fire incidents weren’t video recorded and posted on the Internet for the whole world to see. Watch.
