Sean Glass contacted me two years ago with a question about boxing and since then we've trained together almost a dozen times. We fought on May 24 2016 and he weathered a half hour of pain and two cracked ribs to finish me off with a concussion that trashed the new fencing mask and retire me.
Sean has worked with Charles and I to develop and Agonistics program that is focused on the future more than the past. He loads training videos at the You Tube channel below and has trained a couple of readers from this sight who have been pleased with his program, including Nero the Pict.
