Ok I have a stupid theory. Since Men are so much stronger than Women for hundreds of thousands of years Men have just taken Women. In the past most warfare was to take Women. Men would sneak in, attack the Men, kill all of them off if possible and run off with the Women. Any Women who fought this vigorously would at some point be killed. Too much hassle so the ones surviving would be only the ones that could eventually come to terms with being dragged off and raped. Remember to change the genetics of some trait only takes a few percent more multiplied by time. Whatever the desirable trait will be predominate if it gives a small advantage.
So it's not actually the wanting to be raped as being the trait that is being promoted. That's just a bleed through from being able to mentally take being raped and owned by a new Man. The wanting to be Man handled is just a side effect of mental conditioning to withstand having your husband killed and being hauled off and raped.
