Tommy is absolutely right on one thing, that black populations and black cities are targeted for emasculation first is quite obvious. It's a good way of keeping whites from realizing what overcomes blacks is going to get them, because the blacks have been trained to threaten and attack the whites and therefore the whites and blacks align themselves against each other for the good of the elite.
