DOJ: Blacks committed about half of all murders in 2015
In 2015, Baltimore had 344 murders. This was the highest number of murders in over forty years. However, the population of Baltimore is much smaller than it was forty years ago. It was the highest murder rate in Baltimore history.
Currently, Baltimore is set to break it’s 2015 record with ease. The Baltimore Sun says there have been 146 murders between January and May. During the same time period in 2015, Baltimore had 115 murders.

Note that a number of the black-on-white murders are supposedly "random" meaning having no motive, suggesting that blacks never kill based on racial hatred.
