I consider being called a nut-job Darwinian survivalists a great honor, equal to being called a racist, Nazi, blah, blah, bullshit. After all, my family fought against Hitler, with one uncle dying, so it is only appropriate to dish out such a treatment to those whose families have spilt blood. What could be fairer? My kind deserve it, just for breathing, excreting and other carbon-exchanging activities.
Now to the Darwinian charge; yes, guilty as charged. And, being a nut-job is a badge of honor in a world which is absolutely fuckin’ absurd. Why, our noble site proves it. It hardly shows human beings at their best. In a world of utter extremes, how can taking an extreme attitude be unreasonable, and hey, reason itself has been so fucked up the ass by postmodern philosophy, that it cannot be saved anyway:
.
So, if everything is “relative,” if there is no real world, only socially constructed realities, then I say: fuck you all, my reality, is better than your reality for me! Your reality is just shit, as are you, pinko scum! Ergo, the claim of being a “nut-job,” collapses since it presupposes an objective standard of evaluation, which cannot be justified. But, embrace the term. Make it into a disco beat, wear the words on a T-shirt.
And, if you think people are behaving bad now, why, just wait until the economic crash comes, which even the investment/financial gurus are predicting. Europe is ahead of the curve here, with banks starting to fail:
. Economics bores me to shit, but you can read this, and see that the caca has already hit the fan, and is now running down the wall, soon to run on us in sticky, smelly bliss.
Neo-Darwinian nut-jobs of the world, unite! You have nothing to lose but your pains!

I agree that the next crisis will make the GFC look mild. But the banking problems in Europe have been already discounted by the market, as this index of European banks indicates.

Select a one year time-frame and you'll see the low was in July '16 and things have improved since.
The American banking sector actually looks more fragile at the moment in a technical sense, but still hasn't topped out conclusively:

Anyway, all this is just a timing discussion, the longer the wait, the bigger the disaster. Zombie Apocalypse is unavoidable!
