Nevertheless, this law, if passed, will not be enforced. The practice in all of America’s major urban centers today is that whenever an oppressed youth is arraigned in court the gun charges are invariably the first ones thrown out. If they were not a disproportionate number of black people would end up in prison serving lengthy sentences, and that can no longer be countenanced by our society you understand.
Jeremy, this is functionally targeted at law abiding citizens who might sin by protecting themselves from the hero thugs. With 60% of hand gun convicts resulting in the judge suspending the sentence too keep black men on the streets, why else would this law be passed, but to tie the hands of those the government wants driven out of town? The City administration is only concerned about the killings of black criminals. This law will be used against defending citizens who shoot the black criminal martyr class. Why not, medieval peasants were not allowed to strike down knights ins self-defense.

James, I thought the powers-that-be already disarmed all the law-abiding people in Harm City? Like they say, when guns are outlawed only the outlaws will have guns.
