Cop startled by ‘loud sound’ before shooting bride-to-be: investigators
“Michele Bachmann raises an issue that you know is on many minds.”
“The question that needs to be answered is, was this shooting a mistake or was it a “cultural seizure” by a Muslim officer who snapped and acted irrationally at the sight of a woman in her pajamas?”
“The shooting makes no sense, and Noor comes from the mandated cover-up women culture,” Bachmann told WND. “That’s why I’m wondering if they’ll ask whether his cultural views led him to shoot her. That’s something, if true, I can’t imagine the progressives would allow to get out.”
“Minneapolis race-baiters traffic in imagined bias,” Bachmann added. “This may have been real bias. But will we ever know?”
The questions that won’t be asked about Minneapolis police shooting of Australian woman
Is this the tip of the iceberg of Sharia law enforcement in 21st Century America?
Minneapolis PD “spending more time blocking FB posts on the murder of Ms. Damond than investigating Mohamed Noor”
This free citizen got blocked by the Minneapolis PD for making a comment about the murder of Justine Damond by Minneapolis Muslim cop Mohamed Noor.
Why is the Minneapolis police department worrying about Facebook posts instead of investigating the murder? Was Ms. Damond killed for not complying with a sharia order to cover up?
Police seek man seen near Minneapolis police shooting of Australian
Megan O'Leary, of St. Paul, Minn. leaves a message on the sidewalk near the scene where a Minneapolis police officer shot and killed Justine Damond, of Australia, July 17, 2017, in Minneapolis. Relatives and neighbors of the Australian woman fatally shot by Minneapolis police over the weekend demanded answers about the mysterious shooting in which the meditation teacher was reportedly killed by an officer who fired from the passenger seat of a squad car as the woman stood outside the driver's door.
Playing the Backlash Card - Minneapolis Somali community braces for backlash after officer shoots Justine Damond
Oh poor dears, they have been so abused, haven’t they? Once again a Muslim refugee community is crying before they’re hit. Naturally the Somalis are psychologically projecting, since if it was a Somali woman who was killed by a white police officer THEY would be rioting and randomly attacking whites.

Stop being selfish.” Yeah, all these anti-social infidel American women just won’t give it up, will they?
While serving his sentence the perp gets to leave jail during the day under Huber law work release. So the jail just serves as sort of a free hotel for him. Of course we need Somali police officers to supervise people like this in our society now.

Minneapolis Mayor Questions Lack of Bodycam Video in Police Shooting
Good question! The city no doubt spent at least a couple of million bucks equipping the police force with these body-cameras, not to mention all the batteries, video storage devices and software for them, …and then… then… the damn cops don’t even have them switched on during what could conceivably be the city’s most controversial case of the decade! What’s up with that?
Video evidence may not necessarily be conclusive in proving what happened and why, but it could answer some important questions, like how well could the cops see Justine Damond as she ran out to the patrol car? The incident occurred at 1130 PM so it was dark and presumably the back alley behind Damond’s abode was in all likelihood not particularly well lit. Nevertheless it’s hard to imagine that the woman’s appearance and demeanor would be particularly menacing, even at night, as to warrant the response she provoked when she came out and spoke with Officer Harrity in the driver’s seat.
Notice how the Leftist media in both the USA and Oz continue to harp about the so-called 'gun violence’ in America and America’s generally permissive laws on gun ownership compared to other countries in the Anglosphere (although some U.S. states and territories are just as restrictive as those other countries), conveniently ignoring the fact that it was the POLICE who shot this woman, not her next-door neighbor. Should we disarm the police? The question that should be asked is why is our government importing so many low IQ foreigners and placing them in positions of authority over Americans?

Minn. mayor questions lack of bodycam video in police shooting

Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges said she has “the same questions everybody has” as few details have emerged in the tragic police call that ended in the death of a 40-year-old Australian woman.
Among those questions, she said during an interview with Good Morning America, is why the officers never turned on their bodycams during their interactions with Justine Maria Ruszczyk, who had been using her fiancé’s last name, Damond, at the time.
“You know, I fought hard to make sure that we have body cameras,” Hodges said Tuesday. “They’re a very powerful tool, they’re not an infallible tool, but they’re an important tool in 21st century policing and I don’t know why they weren’t turned on.
“I don’t know what happened. That’s one of my key questions that we have as the investigations move forward.”
Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges said one of the "key questions" in the investigation surrounds the lack of bodycam footage of the incident.

A pair of Minneapolis police officers on Saturday “responded to a 911 call of a possible assault” around 11:30 p.m., and “at one point an officer fired their weapon, fatally striking a woman,” the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension told ABC.
Mohamed Noor has been identified as the officer who fatally shot Damond, who was speaking with his partner, Matthew Harrity, at the time. Police sources told KARE Noor shot across his partner and out the window of the car. The partner was "stunned" when Noor opened fire, the source said.
In recently released audio of the incident, the officers can be heard calling for backup and attempting to perform CPR on the woman.
Damond, a Sydney native who worked as a spiritual healer and meditation coach, died from a gunshot wound to the abdomen, the medical examiner said. Her death has been ruled a homicide and both officers involved were placed on paid administrative leave.
The front page of Damond's hometown Sydney newspaper Tuesday boasted the headline "American Nightmare." Her death dominated coverage down under, fueling fears of gun violence across the globe.
"The country is infested with possibly more guns than people," University of Sydney gun policy analyst Phillip Alpers said. "We see America as a very risky place in terms of gun violence. And so does the rest of the world."
Though officers in Australia are armed, fatal police shootings are rare there, with only a handful or so reported every year.
According to the BCA, the lead investigating agency in the case, officers’ bodycams were not on when they responded to Damond’s sexual assault report, noting “investigators are attempting to determine whether any video of the incident exists.”

(Minneapolis Police)
Minneapolis Assistant Police Chief Medaria Arradondo on Sunday confirmed that department patrol officers wear body cameras, CBS Minnesota reported.
According to official policy, officers are required to wear their camera while on duty. Bylaws further stipulate that the equipment should be turned on for situations as minor as a traffic stop. The rules also call for officers to immediately begin recording in the wake of any use of force.
The cameras also “constantly record a 30-second video buffer, a so-called ‘lookback’ that allows officers to capture whatever happened in the half-minute before it’s activated,” the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported.
There is no evidence the feature was used by either responding officer.
More info on the Minneapolis shooting from that nice lady from Maryland Ann Corcoran of Refugee Resettlement Watch. She has, of course, been tracking the Somali refugee situation in Minnesota for some time now.
“One of Damond’s friends, who identified herself only by her first name, Hannah, told the Star-Tribune that there was “no way” Damond would have been armed. “She often talked about how much better it was in Australia, where people aren’t allowed to have guns,” Hannah told the local newspaper.”
Oh yeah? Then she should have stayed in Oz where there are no guns and she would have been safe, eh? Why come to America? Why does anybody want to come to America? America is a stupid, evil, racist and violent country where everyone carries guns, uses dope, elected Donald Trump as their President and couldn’t point out Australia on a map. Just ask anybody.
Stay away!
Minneapolis Somali police officer, shoots and kills woman who called 911
More on the black on white cop shooting in Minneapolis from ‘heavy.com’.
Of course the ‘sixty-four thousand dollar question’ is will the white people of Twin Town riot and burn down the city over this killing? Probably not, eh?
Here is part of Anonymous Conservative’s take on the case:
“IQ and mental ability are important. Import low IQs, and you see how the mistakes they make can add up to much more than they are individually. This one amygdala blip will fracture the entire community in that area. It will split Americans from Somalis. It will split Police from the community. It will alienate people from their government. It will expose the fraudulent left-wing media as partisan shills selectively promoting their left-wing agenda. It will even spread across America. And it would all have been avoided if we had enforced our borders to begin with, and only run selection for everything based on a meritocracy. Violate that, and this path is unavoidable, because there will be hundreds of these incidences, and each will pile on top of the other.”
“Now we have a shooting that looks bad, and if it is anything like it looks, this officer will suffer some sort of consequence, even if just being moved out of the Police force (which, in fairness, it would appear he was cognitively unsuited for). If and when that happens, watch the BlackLivesMatters community explode at the fact this black cop shot a spoiled white woman and was punished somehow, while the evil KKK-loving officer who shot the innocent 8 year old schoolboy Michael Brown, for no reason, as he operated his lemonade stand, got off without any consequence. Buildings will burn when that happens. Even Americans will be pitted against each other over the color of their skin, all because some leftist idiot decided to import foreigners who, as a whole, lack the IQ to assimilate effectively.”
“We are entering the age of unrest, whether that unrest makes any sense or not, and it is all because of the r-selected reproductive strategy that is modern liberalism. This is the age of high amygdala, and everybody has got it – and we have not yet even seen the collapse.”
The Minneapolis Police Department(MPD) is reported to be very “tight-lipped” about this incident, which suggests that the situation is every bit as bad as it looks: i.e. the MPD’s prize affirmative action hire fucked up royally and killed a completely innocent white female citizen. All for the worse, the victim is just the sort of person the SWPL limousine Liberals of Twin Town who voted the mayor into office can directly identify with (not some despicable redneck Trump supporter who could easily be dismissed in the Leftist hive mind as having it coming to him).
Most people (those of us among the populace who don’t harbor a personal hatred for police at least) tend to be forgiving of law enforcement when its members screw up and kill an innocent person in the midst of a volatile situation. The cops generally have all of about half a second to decide what to do in such cases after all. Plus it frequently comes to light that the suspect in question acted in a manner that any reasonable person would likely interpret as posing a lethal threat under the totality of the circumstances. Even though they were not in reality. After all we DO expect our police to come running and be immediately ready to fight whenever we call for their assistance, don’t we? You don’t have to be totally correct when responding to such emergencies, you just have to be perceived as having acted reasonably given what it was possible for you to know and understand going into the incident.
However, there is a limit to this forbearance on the part of the citizenry, even the long suffering whites. This case has clearly exceeded that limit. In this instance a good-looking blonde woman in PJ’s went running up to the driver’s side of a police patrol car with a cell phone in her hand (was it black?), apparently in an emotional state due to having witnessed what she believed to have been a sexual assault in her back alley, when Officer Noor, sitting in the passenger side, drew his handgun and reached around his partner, sitting in the driver’s seat, and shot the blonde woman dead, shooting through the car door. This went down to the reported shock and dismay of said partner (his ears are still probably ringing). The question that immediately comes into the mind of the average person then is “how can anybody be so goddamned dumb?” How indeed? Justine Damond’s actions in approaching the police car were not inconsistent with someone who had just called 9-1-1 to report witnessing a rape in progress. Being an Australian expat had nothing to do with it, as middle class white Americans as a group (especially in the Midwest) tend to trust in their police as being all upright, righteous and competent people, such that they wouldn’t feel the need to approach them with excessive caution after having summoned them in most circumstances. Yes, there is a hand gun on the market that superficially resembles an extra fat smart phone if viewed from the muzzle end: it’s the Taurus ‘Curve’ . Even then it is a stretch of credulity to suggest that Damond appeared to have such a firearm in her hand , although I do suspect that Officer Noor will claim just that. Regardless, given the totality of the circumstances, there appears to be little reason for Noor, and his partner, to have suspected they were being led into an ambush (certainly his partner appears to have NOT suspected such). Unless, as AC suggests, there is something in Noor’s background that might cause him to perceive blonde white women as a lethal threat. Nevertheless, it’s a safe bet that Noor will receive some well-funded Leftist legal help who may do a good enough job of confusing the issue and packing the jury to get him acquitted of any criminal charges. Even that won’t let Noor (or the city of Minneapolis) completely off the hook since Janice Damond’s family will definitely stand to win big in a wrongful death lawsuit against Noor and the city government. All they have to do is prove that that the ‘preponderance of the evidence’ (i.e. 51% or better) demonstrates that Noor was negligent in causing the death of Justine Damond. So anyway this turns out in court, Mohammed Noor’s career in law enforcement is probably at an end. Maybe he could get a job as a cop back in Somalia, huh?
This case bears watching. I think AC is probably correct in his estimation that it will serve to further split Minneapolis up politically, socially and racially (if not the country as a whole), exacerbating the conflict already caused by God-Emperor Trump’s ascension. I think even many white Leftists in the greater Minneapolis-Saint Paul region are going to have trouble reconciling this and accepting this woman’s death with equanimity. Certainly the normal white people in Minnesota are suffering from ‘Somali fatigue' as it is given the resident Somali refugee community’s predilection in the aggregate toward violent anti-social behavior, poor decision making, preference for parasitic lifestyles and arrogant sense of entitlement.
