There is plenty of video evidence circulating now indicating that Field’s car was attacked by antifa with baseball bats prior to him speeding up. (I hope people save this because it will be taken down soon.) After the crash, antifa still attack his car like crazed beasts. Thus, there is a case for the antifa to be held responsible for the death of Heather Heyer.
The Alt right need to pursue this one as a legal case rather than wasting money suing state authorities, which the courts will never uphold. A successful defense of Fields would be a symbolic victory, since the Establishment has drawn a line in the sand here.
