Checkout the Unusually Advanced Age of the Victims
Men in this age group who are killed are either noncriminal civilians or stash house guards. Either things are getting nastier for older black men in Baltimore or the drug gangs are targeting stash houses, or both. This year, in general has been more generous for people over 30, including women, than previous years.
