Interesting little suit that one day if it succeeds might be a lever to use against dissidents in their families. Obviously this is an extraordinary case. However, I could see this used as a lever against people like homeschoolers or those with views in opposition to those of the mainstream.

The fact that a 32 year old is now considered in the same terms as a minor child (also an empty vessel without a will) is quite telling. Usually as you have noted this lack of "will" is projected onto protected minorities and women. Interesting to see it's use against a pale face male.
