Rebranding Abandoned Residential Real Estate

I have written a couple articles about the white house around the corner, which is the photo on the interior cover of Dawn in Dindustan and can be seen here:
This morning, as I walked by the house that my neighbor so neatly fortified a mere year ago, I saw that a well known contractor specializing in rentals, not resale, has taken over the house and has removed the bars from the windows. This rehab/rental company specializes in bringing in Subsidized Federal renters, criminals, to neighborhoods in Baltimore County.
In fact, the front doors of the row homes this company rehabs have no security door—not even a storm door, but simply an inset, wooden front door, painted black in the brick outline, easily kicked in by the average man, even in this sissy age.
This place should make for two or three nice apartments, or could be rented to a large family of hipster immigrants, who must not be given the impression that they are moving into a high crime area. For that matter, even the subsidized renters and their criminal broods do not want to move into a high crime area, for they want virgin hunting grounds.
This is just one small example of the many subtle lies of omission which bind us to a false notion of the context of our lives.
