“The murderous members of the NRA should face a firing squad.”
— Nancy Sinatra (@NancySinatra) October 3, 2017
“I’m actually not even sympathetic bc [sic] country music fans often are Republican gun toters [sic].”
- Hayley Geftman-Gold, Vice President and Senior Legal Council for CBS, 2 October, 2016
Were the victims targeted because they were presumed to pro-gun, traditionalist, Republican Trump Supporters and because they and everyone like them in the rest of the country needed to be ‘taught a lesson? The more we learn about this atrocity, the man who perpetrated it AND observe the lunatic behavior of the whole anti-Trump movement as well, the more likely that seems to be.
"In the rush to examine a criminal’s behavior, it is not difficult to become distracted by the dangling carrot of that criminal’s potential characteristics and forget about the value of understanding his victims.” Why did Paddock choose this particular venue for his mass murder? Did he alone choose it? Others have speculated that he had help or that he was given orders by someone else. Even ISIS has taken credit for the killings. What’s going on?”

The Nancy Sinatra Comment, aside from the usual libtard irrationality, shows a jaw-dropping lack of self-awareness. If Nancy's Dad had not been "a friend of ours" and a "good earner" for the Luciano family, no one would have ever heard of Nancy Sinatra. After her guest spot on The Sopranos, I thought that she had tacitly accepted and admitted that her career was built on "murderous" men with guns.

Guess not.

Fun fact: Back in the Old Country, the Sinatras and the Lucianos lived on the same street...
