Being a neo-Viking, naturally my candidates for the warrior’s bible are the Eddas and Sagas, slammed together in one Dagwood Dog sandwich, if only the decaying Christian waste could be removed from them.
For most blokes though, something more generic is needed. I suggest Miyamoto Musashi, “A Book of Five Rings” and Sun-Tzu, “The Art of War,” to be your constant companions. Waiting for that meeting and some dopey ϲunt is late: meditate on Mushy or bask in Sun. Simple reading, but profound, grasshopper:

That advice sharped my whole approach to weapons training and acquisition.
