The Harm City Hoodrats have not killed anyone since one of them executed a homicide detective a seven days ago. Mind you, that the homicide detective was killed less than 30 days after an off duty Washington D.C. officer was gunned down in Baltimore, with neither crime even having a suspect.
They are down to 24 killings in the past 30 days.
Other crimes, however, have been amping up.
Muggings and breaking and entering and robbery are beyond the police capacity to respond, with thrice as many cars scrambled to various crime scenes than normal. However the increase in such crime is normal for holiday season in and around Baltimore.
This morning, in Baltimore County, on Back River Neck Road, the working men who boarded the bus before me were not able to get coffee or doughnuts or other refreshments while waiting for the bus, for, in the early morning hours, hoodrats robbed every 24-hour stop in that street [three, I think]. As I sit here writing this at 7:00 a.m. three police cars scrambled up the street. On Sunday, a man with a car-sized ATV spent an entire hour doing 50-80 MPH up and down my street and there was not even a drive by from the police. At 2:30 a.m. Tuesday I saw two hooded and masked thugs out on patrol, youths of 14 or 15, essentially stalking the nighttime streets like hunting cats on a school night.
Is the murder of this police detective, a murder that is obviously inline with the sentiments of the residents of that gang neighborhood, who have yet to cooperate with police, despite a 215k reward, being used to facility property crimes and drug movement in the same way the Freddie Grey Riots were used to tie police down during the 2015 Purge?
