By the way, “Baltimoron” is a commonly used term in Baltimore, a way of expressing the opinion that we tend not to make the best decisions and manage to cling to the corollary belief that the consequences of our bad decisions are unfathomable. It seems every demographic and class in and around the mugging municipality suffers from this complex, commonly blamed on military testing sites along the Chesapeake Bay…
